Pioneer Metal Finishing is now hiring a 2nd shift Grinder!

Our Grinders take pride in safely and efficiently unpackaging customer parts and carefully placing them on work racks. This work enables Line Operators to process the customer’s product according to their specifications. Once the metal finishing process is complete, Grinders carefully remove the parts from work racks, package them and prepare them for shipping.

Pioneer provides all employees on-the-job training and development to ensure they follow proper procedures, identify quality issues, and understand all equipment used in the metal finishing process.

Monday-Thursday, 4 pm-2:30 am
