Pioneer Metal Finishing in Chippewa Falls, WI is seeking a Process Technician to support our production team and help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. This role is hands-on, works closely with production, customer care, and sales to keep operations running smoothly. 

What You'll Do:

• Test and monitor chemical solutions used in production.
• Keep the lab organized, clean, and stocked.
• Help troubleshoot product quality issues and recommend fixes.
• Work with the team to process and review rework materials. 
• Complete product certifications and documentation packages.
• Assist customers and sales with process-related questions.
