Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves hands-on maintenance of mechanical systems and facility equipment, chemical handling, and general upkeep of the grounds. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Mechanical Maintenance

• Replace filters on APU’s, dye tanks, nickel seals, and related equipment
• Add acid to air scrubbers to prevent algae growth
• Monitor and document equipment performance (e.g., scrubber pressure drops)
• Perform routine maintenance:

• Cartwheel repairs
• Cooling tower servicing
• General equipment upkeep

Facility & Grounds Maintenance

• Painting as needed
• Snow removal during winter months
• General landscaping and groundskeeping

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety procedures and regulations
• Proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

Other Duties

• Take direction from supervisors and complete assigned tasks
• Assist with miscellaneous duties as needed
• Suggest improvements to processes, safety, or efficiency
