We’re looking for a Line Operator to help ensure our production lines run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. In this role, you’ll prepare materials, operate process tanks, and work closely with supervisors to deliver high-quality products that meet customer and company standards.
Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday
What You’ll Do
Inspect loads before processing (check identification, tooling, size, and security).
Coordinate with Team Leads and Supervisors to maximize tank usage and meet schedules.
Ensure programs are ready before processing; report any missing information immediately.
Process standard and special loads accurately, following specifications.
Operate multiple lines (where applicable).
Monitor product quality and raise issues such as oil, corrosion, or other defects.
Perform tank maintenance, including checking pH, solution levels, and changing filters.
Respond to alarms, monitor equipment, and support waste treatment protocols.
Operate equipment such as pumps, cranes, and rectifiers; perform basic troubleshooting.
Record accurate run sheet data (temperatures, voltages, loads, etc.).
Provide clear shift handoffs and maintain consistency between shifts.
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
Report equipment problems and suggest improvements.
Physical & Safety Requirements
Lift 30–50 lbs unassisted.
Work in varied temperatures, humidity, and moderate noise.
Handle sharp parts, heavy carts, and chemicals safely.
Wear protective gear (hearing, splash, chemical protection as required).
Must be able to see color differences.
