Join our team at Pioneer Metal Finishing in Chippewa Falls and help prepare and finish metal parts used in a variety of industries. This is a hands-on, active job where you'll work with a team to ensure customer parts are processed with care and quality.

When You’ll Work:
Monday through Thursday, 4:00pm to 2:20am

What You’ll Make:
$20.00 / hour to $21.50 / hour 
*Upon satisfaction of your first 90 days, you will be considered for a wage adjustment.

What You’ll Do:
- Operate all plating equipment, hand trucks, and overhead cranes
- Fabricate jigs and fixtures for parts using hand and air power tools
- Read micrometers, thickness gages, and profilometers
- Inspect, package, and prepare finished parts for shipping
- Maintains equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner
